These Terms of Service govern your use of shopelmridge.com and our customer support services. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy.
Our store and responsibility
ELMRIDGE COMMERCE LLC is your seller and remains responsible for product information, order fulfilment, delivery support, returns, exchanges and refunds. We coordinate these services directly and do not transfer our responsibilities to the customer or require the customer to resolve our service obligations with a carrier, manufacturer or payment provider.
We provide clear product descriptions, prices and service information, and correct confirmed errors. Your statutory consumer rights are preserved.
Using the website
Use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person’s information or upload unlawful material. Provide accurate contact and delivery details so we can fulfil your order and respond to enquiries.
Product information
Product pages explain the item supplied, its dimensions, materials, structure and package contents. Lifestyle accessories are excluded unless specifically listed as included. We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for their stated purpose.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Applicable taxes are included in the displayed selling price. UK delivery is free. The full total is shown before payment, and we do not add undisclosed charges. Accepted payment methods are Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Cancellations, changes and after-sales support
You may request cancellation before dispatch. Contact customer service for an order or address change; changes can only be processed before dispatch. Returns, direct exchanges and refunds are handled under our Returns and Refunds Policy. That policy accepts defective and non-defective returns requested within 30 calendar days after delivery and preserves your 14-day statutory cancellation right.
Website content
Elmridge Home content is provided to help you view and purchase our products. You may save order documents and policy information for your personal use. Commercial reproduction of our own site content requires our permission. This does not restrict lawful consumer use or statutory rights.
Problems and complaints
Contact support@shopelmridge.com with your order number or a description of the problem. We investigate and explain the proposed resolution. We remain responsible for fulfilling our legal and contractual obligations and for remedies due for our products or services.
Law and consumer protections
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain their local mandatory protections and access to the courts available to them. Nothing in these terms excludes or reduces a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduced.
Changes to these terms
The terms shown when you place an order apply to that order. Later changes do not retrospectively reduce your rights under an existing purchase.

We do not process orders, returns, exchanges or refunds on weekends or UK public holidays. Calendar-day deadlines in these policies still apply. We arrange processing in advance where necessary to meet those deadlines.
