You can email at any time. Customer service processes enquiries during the hours above. We do not process orders, returns, exchanges or refunds on weekends or UK public holidays. Calendar-day deadlines still apply.

Help with an order

Include your order number and a brief description of the help you need. Do not send your full card number, payment password or other payment credentials. We use the information supplied to handle your request under our Privacy Policy.

Cancellations and changes

You may request cancellation before dispatch. For changes to an order or delivery address, contact customer service; changes can only be processed before dispatch. Confirmed pre-dispatch cancellations are refunded within 5 calendar days to the original payment method.

Returns and exchanges

We accept defective and non-defective return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery and allow direct exchanges. Send the goods back within 14 calendar days after authorisation. We pay return and exchange shipping costs, do not require original packaging and charge no restocking fee.

Contact customer service to obtain the correct return destination, a prepaid label and the return slip. Download and print the slip when possible. We can arrange an alternative if you cannot print it. For statutory cancellation deadlines and the complete process, read Returns and Refunds Policy.

Refund enquiries

We issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 calendar days after receiving the returned goods. For a statutory cancellation, this period starts when we receive the goods or valid evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We do not delay a legally due refund while completing an inspection.

After we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–10 working days to credit your account. We provide refund confirmation and help you trace the payment if it has not arrived.

Delivery enquiries

UK delivery is free. Processing takes 1–2 working days and transit takes 3–5 working days, for a total estimated 4–7 working days from the start of processing. The order cut-off is 14:00 UK time on working days. See Shipping Policy.
